Our Story
Integrity Service, LLC is a new and upcoming company that was founded in 2024 by Roger Thompson and Kory Weas.
Roger Thompson holds an HVAC Masters license and has been in the industry for 34 years. In addition, he is NCI certified in Residential and Commercial system performance; Residential and Commercial air balancing; Duct optimization; Combustion analysis (carbon monoxide expert level); Daikin VRV 3 & 4 certified; Powerflame factory trained on boilers and burners; Pneumatic control trained; Mitsubishi trained; and a certified trained boiler technician. Indeed, Roger has the experience that you would want in a person to work in your home. Roger is happily married with three children and resides in Hanover, PA.
Kory Weas is a licensed HVAC journeyman. Kory has been in the business for 8 years. Kory is passionate about the HVAC business and does impeccable work. Indeed, Kory works to make every customer feels their concerns are met and satisfied at the end of every job.
Their desire to start a business is centered around the need for a local company built upon integrity, morals, and values. Roger and Kory noticed the rising costs for HVAC in the PA area and felt the need to form a company that could service people from all walks of life. Integrity Service will stand firm on their principle of not taking advantage of its customers during trying times. We do not believe in “one size fits all” pricing plans as many other businesses do. We believe in finding what works for the situation. We have a heart for those less fortunate and believe we can assist in times of need. Whether it’s Monday through Friday, or Saturday-our customers need heat and air conditioning.
Our journey started with a lot of prayer, grace, and mercy. We will continue to hold those items as our foundation.
